This website is operated by Christmon Housing Solutions LLC. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and what we will never do with it. Last updated July 2026.

What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site: the contact form, the housing application, and the case manager referral form. Depending on which one you use, that can include your name, contact details, the state you are in, your source of income, your current housing situation, and anything you write in a message to us.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords anywhere on this website.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to review your request, decide whether we can help with housing, and respond to you. If you are a case manager, we use your referral to evaluate a placement for your client. That is all.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to any marketing or mailing list.
Where your information goes
When you submit a form, it is processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We keep submissions only as long as we need them to respond to your request and manage a possible placement, and we limit who on our team can see them.
If you would like us to delete the information you sent, contact us at mchristmo@christmonhousingsolutions.com and we will remove it.
What this website does not do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no third-party scripts. Your visit is not followed around the internet.
- The housing application does not save your answers in your browser as you type. If you close the page before submitting, nothing is left behind on your device.
- On the application, you can tell us whether it is safe to call, leave a voicemail, or email you. We follow exactly what you tell us.
- We never publish or share the location of our homes.
This site is for adults
Our housing is for adults 18 and older, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
