Who is this for?
The questions are the same either way. We just want to talk to you properly.

Who we can house

Client is 18 years of age or older

Client has a verifiable monthly income
Income can be a job, disability, Social Security, a pension, or another regular source. It does not have to be a paycheck.

Client is able to live independently
This means handling your own day-to-day needs. It does not mean doing everything alone.

No active drug or alcohol use

No active or unstable mental health condition
Having a diagnosis is not a barrier. This is about whether things are stable and managed today.

No history of violence or arson

Does not require 24-hour supervision or care
Who we cannot house, and why
Our homes are shared, and residents live independently without on-site staff. That is what makes the rent affordable and helps the setting feel like home rather than institutional. It is also what makes these limits necessary. It's about what we can safely provide, not about your worth.
- Active substance use
- Unstable mental health conditions
- History of violence or arson
- A need for 24-hour supervision or care
We understand people change. Recovery happens. Treatment works. Circumstances shift. The answer may be no today, but yes down the road. We invite anyone in need to complete the online screening.
And to be completely clear
Christmon Housing Solutions is not:
- A homeless shelter
- A drug or alcohol treatment facility
- A halfway house or correctional program
- 24-hour supervised or medical care
