The referral process
Four steps, and we respond either way.
A slow maybe is worse than a fast no. If your client is not a fit, you will hear that quickly, with a reason, so you can keep working.

Referral
A partner submits a referral form with client information. An individual can also reach out directly, with no referral needed.

Screening
We review the referral for eligibility and current availability, and respond promptly either way.

Interview
We meet with the client by phone or in person. It is a straightforward conversation to make sure the fit is right, for them and for us.
- 04
Placement
Successful candidates complete move-in and orientation, and receive the keys to their room.
Confidentiality
We do not advertise our homes. Ever.
We house survivors of domestic violence. That means the location of our properties is never published, never listed, and never given out. You will not find an address on this website, and you never will.
Client information you send us is used to make a placement decision and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add anyone to a mailing list.
If your agency has confidentiality requirements you need us to meet in writing, ask. We would rather sign your paperwork than ask you to bend on your client's safety.
Become a referral partner
Start with a conversation.
You do not need a signed agreement to send us a referral. However, the Referral Partnership Agreement is in the forms library, along with everything else we use, and signed partners are given priority over referrals from non-partners. Take it, read it, and send it back when you are ready.
